On
Tuesday, February 25th shortly after 9:00 am a residence located South of
Township Road 484 on Range Road 53 (Greenwood Lake Road) was broken into. At
least two people entered the property in what appeared to be a white Chev or
GMC crew cab pickup truck, one person re-directed the surveillance camera
away to avoid being caught. A basement window was smashed out and
interior basement door broken to gain access. A cordless phone and a
laptop computer are the only things noted to be stolen. One of the
suspects seen on footage was wearing a red hoodie and a white headband.

At
approximately 2:00 am on Friday, February 14th, 2014 at least two vehicles were
rummaged through with unknown items stolen from within. The vehicles were
parked at residences located in the Maple Crescent street sub-division of
Breton. Vehicles involved were left unlocked with items in plain view for
thieves. Possibly two people involved. Suspects are believed
to be a younger female accompanied by a male. Please
lock your vehicles and take steps to ensure you don't become a victim of
opportunity for these menaces. Take anything valuable out of your
vehicle.

wire was reported stolen on January 30th, 2014 from a Conoco Phillips lease
site located West of Alder Flats in the Rose Creek area. Approximately 25
to 30 feet of cable was reported stolen. Workers estimated that it would
cost approximately one to two thousand dollars to cover supplies and labour to
repair the damage.

Sometime
overnight on Thursday, January 30/ Friday January 31st, 2014 a work trailer
belonging to a seismic crew was entered and 4 computer monitors and
miscellaneous tools were stolen from within. The trailer had been
located on the East side of Range Road 53 approximately six
kilometres South of Highway 13. No serial numbers were available for the
stolen items. Computer monitors were between 27 and 32 inches in size.

Friday, January 31st at 7:30 AM a yellow Pontiac car rear ended another car at
the intersection of Highway 616 and Highway 22 at Buck Creek. The yellow
car proceeded West towards Buck Creek on Highway 616. Unknown driver
description or licence plate number. No injuries were sustained.
The suspect vehicle may have some light front end damage.

Sometime over night on Friday, January 31st a skid steer
was stolen from a property located off the Maywood Road, South of Buck Lake. The skid steer is a 2008 John Deere,
Model 332, track drive, yellow and black in colour. A Grapple attachment for the skid steer was also stolen at that

Thursday and Friday nights, (Jan 30th & 31st) fuel was stolen from two
vehicles parked in the same yard located a few hundred metres South of the Buck
Lake Hardware store off of Range Road 63. Fuel amount was valued at
approximately $90.00 Nothing was left behind and there are no suspects at

Sometime over the past couple of weeks someone broke into a
storage trailer parked at the Pembina U Lock Storage Facility. A Dewalt table saw was taken
from the trailer but the owner did not have a model number or serial number.

Sometime
between Friday night (Jan 24th) and Early Saturday morning (25th) a
dark blue F-150 truck was stolen from a farm yard located on Range
Road 24 and Township Road 454 South of Battle Lake. The
truck had over twenty square hay bales loaded on the back when it was stolen
resulting in multiple bales spilled over many miles of roadway. The
truck was later recovered on Township Road 470 near Range Road 281 in the
Mulhurst Bay area.

Evansburg RCMP responded to a complaint of attempted vehicle theft on a white 2013 Ford F-150 parked in front of the legion in Wildwood Jan. 2nd, 2014. Upon recent review of surveillance video police determined the vehicle entered behind the legion at approximately 02:37am January 3rd, 2014, and parked behind the 2 for 1 pizza store. The individual (s) than walked to the front of the legion onto 50 Street and proceeded to damage the driver's door of the white Ford. Evansburg RCMP believe the individual also assessed another vehicle on 50 Street to potentially try and gain access to it as well due to footprints. Evansburg RCMP believe the vehicle to be an older model, light coloured possibly beige, Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC Suburban.

A stolen red Ford F150 was recovered today on Hwy
22n just north of TWP 535. The MV had been involved in a collision with a deer
and a witness observed the driver and passenger get into another pickup that
was parked just south of the collision. The witness didn't believe the pickup
was traveling with them and that he was just giving them a lift.

A rural property in the area of Twp Rd 522 and RR 70 was broken into. A 2008 Honda quad with AB licence plate EG842, two chain saws, and various other items were stolen. The property was locked and secure. Locks were cut from the storage facility.

Attempted theft of vehicle in Edson (Edson Drive)... nothing was taken
from vehicle but passenger side door was damaged, as well as ignition. Reported by the Blue Jay Cafe - Damage to trees on Main Street.. Video
surveillance obtained, please keep an eye out for this type of activity! STOLEN VEHICLE: Green 2011 Honda CRV. Alberta plate # ELH 410 was stolen
from 50th Street in Edson. Driver had left the vehicle running and unlocked to
run a personal errand, vehicle was taken while she was inside the building. No
suspects. Concerns of Theft from Timberjack - not confirmed at this time, however
suspicious male going back and forth carrying items in the eastbound back
alley.

the Evergreen shooting range South East of Drayton Valley. The support post and
sliding gate were both badly bent.

Evansburg RCMP responded to a call
of break and enter that occurred sometime between Saturday, October 12th at 6:00
PM and Sunday, October 13th at 12:00 noon. A vehicle left a stolen 10-12 ft
utility trailer at 53505 Range Road 75 and then searched in various sheds and
storage areas for items. Police attended and found cut locks and some items
moved inside the storage areas.

A witness spoke with
an individual that was walking on Highway 757 near Township 544A and seemed to
be suspicious. The witness observed a blue Ford F-250 in the ditch nearby, and
the event was later reported to police. Evansburg RCMP attended and discovered
that vehicle was stolen.
